A couple of days before you pick up your new PAL you will receive a text to pay the adoption fee. If you do not receive this, please reach out to your adoption coordinator.
Pet insurance - we highly recommend purchasing pet insurance. Trupanion has a rescue program that offers all our new adopters a free 30 day trial period - with no waiting period. You will receive an infographic from your matchmaker with details!

Microchip registration- We made a decision early on to pre-register all our microchips. Once you have your PAL the chip will automatically be put in your name. You can access the chip info on Wagtopia.com. Every once in a while a dog is not pre-registered. Please make sure to check your paperwork to make sure your dog is chipped. If they are not, or you are questioning it, feel free to reach out to the Matchmaker you are working with!
